"It was ok,plumbing was a problem but was ok generally speaking, but was not the most comfortable. The last time we stayed there one of nike clothing bags full of nike clothes was stolen off our car roof of the car during our check in period."

"I was only there for one night. But I thought the room was tidy well put together. Staff was quite friendly."

"The place was cute. But its definitely described best as u get what u pay for. Thankfully we only slept there. But we didn't get blankets until the 2nd night. I was a little shocked that there wasnt a dresser in the room. So we had to stay packed for the 4 days we were there."

"Very nice room layout. TV has a sleep timer. Nice high shower head with good water pressure. Mini fridge is empty so you can actually use it. Love the elevator situation. The mattress was hard as a rock, huge pillows that deflate wherever your head is placed. No sheet so you roast with the comforter or freeze. Thrumming of bass goes until 2 AM and if your room is facing south you can hear it in bed. With a rearranging of furniture and the Alexa/clock/anti-sleep spotlight you can get power at one...

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"No they were rude and racists. They were judgmental and overly excessive with there rules We left the room in excellent condition very clean and complied with all their excesive rules and they were looking for anything they could to keep our deposit and couldn't find one so they said that the sheets had some blood stains and we never even got under the top blanket and they kept our deposit"

"Tasia, Sofia, Evelyn were super helpful and arranged a very quiet room for me. Their customer service is top notch compared to other hotels in Vegas. I extended my stay further at the Ahern. "
