"The hotel has been around for many years so the smell of old cigarettes is a thing STILL the hotel was clean and neat! Staff for check in were extremely helpful!! The new Players Card signup offered more benefits than other casinos and best of all NO RESORT FEES!!! The 4 Queens is now my go-to hotel on Fremont street and I’ll be staying there 2 to 3 times a year from this date forward!!!"

"The elevator was down which I know things happen but there was no direction on how to exit the building once we got to the first floor. We exited the emergency door and the alarm went off and security was upset that we went out that door which exited to Main. If you don’t want people exiting that door when we are being inconvenienced you should put up a sign or have staff directing traffic. I’m not even upset about the elevator it’s your security staff that was not trained for the situation. All in all we love staying there easy in and out I wish you had a rewards program for us that stay there frequently."

"Decent place on a budget for sure, location was great. I would recommend staying on the top floor because you can hear people rolling their bags above you. They were friendly and were working on some upgrades in the mini golf area. Looks like they are updating the property, nice to see that day have passion for their property ! :)"
