"We were greeted immediately and warmly by a wonderful gentleman who we look forward to seeing each time we visit. He assigned us to Room 737 which was a beautifully appointed room with a fantastic view. The staff (everyone) was amazing and we enjoyed a great stay. Thank you!"

"The staff were professional and helpful. Our tv did not work the first day so a technician came in on the second day. We were not aware that room service did not come until after the second night. We had had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper for the room the second day. We also asked for tissues and were told someone would bring it to the room. We never got any tissues. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was great. We would definitely stay there here again."

"The air conditioning was out on our floor and we had friends staying on the floor below us and their air conditioning was out as well. Both rooms were very dusty and had obviously not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Dust and buildup on the front of the bathroom vanity, around the corners of the room, and on almost every light fixtures, picture, and surface. The shower curtain was dirty/stained. The flat sheet did not fit and came off all during the night- exposing the dirty, old mattress, We were very disappointed in our stay when one night was over $300."
