I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside.
The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and see water dripping from the rusted and cracked ceiling! I was so disgusted that I slept in the clothes I traveled in and kept my shoes on to walk across the floor. The bathroom door was cracked and would not close unless you ramed your shoulder into it. We didn't use the shower as the tub was dirty. The microwave was rusted inside. All the furnitue looked like it was picked up off the curb on trash day. The mattress cover was ripped revealing a yellowed mattress and had a cigarette burn on it.(non smoking room). When we turned on the heat an awful smell came out! The only reason we stayed is because it was late and we had to get back on the road early the next morning. There was hot water from the sink faucet in the evening. The next morning there was none. Even after running it fir 5 mins. I paid $100 for this. I will be demanding a refund.
