"The hotel has shops and restaurants within the hotel with a good variety of choices. The service was very good too. The only weird thing was that I could not pay the room via credit card at the reception but through a link they sent me from the reception. I was told that they do not accept card and cash payments. When I checked out I paid the room services and dinner with the credit card as usual. I don’t know why the room no and all the rest yes. Nothing outrageous but I found it a bit weird...

"My wife and I came for our honeymoon and this is our 5th accommodation in Egypt. I can say with 100% confidence that this is the most beautiful and accommodating place we have stayed in. "We had a very good visit. The room was good although somewhat small. I did not feel safe getting in and out of the high tub. The staff were very friendly and check in/out was okay. The grounds are lovely. Over all the hotel was all we wished for. "

"20min walk from Luxor temple, several restaurants for dinner and a rooptoppool. On arrival they give you a personal tour in the hotel. Only negative point is that there is no extra AC in the gym. Or i didn't find it."

"This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome.
