"I stayed here for four nights with my wife on April 10-14. The property is nice and clean, and the staff are so kind and helpful. The location on the West Bank in Luxor is great—many attractions are nearby. They also offer a guide and driver service, which was very convenient. Highly recommend."

The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Waking up to watch the beautiful hot air balloons, from the roof or balcony is breathtaking. My room was spacious well equipped and very clean. The whole hotel throughout is well maintained, including the swimming pool and communal areas. Egypt is such a dry country, but I can physically say I watched the hotel staff constantly cleaning maintain the standards of the hotel. The owner Khodary, his family and staff were extremely professional, hospitable and friendly. The well-being, happiness and safety of their guests is their highest priority. Khodary will go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. I personally felt very safe and would say this is a secure place for any lone travellers or as a group. The roof top restaurant area is peaceful, with a beautiful view and an ideal place to relax and unwind. The food was of a high standard and freshly cooked with local ingredients. Cold soft drinks available to purchase 24-7 which I found very good. The hotel offer airport collection and delivery and personalised tours and trips for the guests. The check in and checkout process was excellent and straightforward. This hotel is amazing value for money and I would highly recommend.

Khodary was amazing. He was very kind and set up such a comfortable private driver our family to travel from Hurgadah to Luxor. By far the most comfortable commute we've had in Egypt. He was welcoming and his place was also the cleanist hotel we've been in. The beds and comforters were new, clean and so comfortable. The rooms were HUGE and every room had fans. The view was gorgeous and made for a relaxing stay. Only a few things that could have improved the stay would have been if we had snacks as the hotel is so remote from everything and requires a driver. If we were supplied with more towels and toilet paper for our stay but, im sure the owner would have happily supplied it if we asked. The shower was not something we were used to. The style of shower seems to be common in Egypt with no shower curtain, but it makes everything so wet and its hard to have a comfortable shower. But there was always hot water! Overall, it was great and everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Thank you so much Khodary!

I appreciated being in a quiet setting. If you are looking for mountain views, hot air balloon views, kind hospitality, and delicious meals then this is the place for you. The Owner has great connections in arranging trust worthy transportation to take you anywhere for the day. If you need anything, don't be afraid to ask. I enjoyed feeding the local dog. This was my second time here and I plan to return.

There are so many points that I would not recommend this property at all. First of all the location on Expedia is not correct and the property is located in a really remote area. Nothing in the neighbourhood! No restaurants at all. The only positive point was a local grocery store which was giving you the regular prices without scamming you as a tourist. But please keep in mind, if you don’t have a car, you can’t even go to the store after the dark as the area is populated with many dogs. The apartment had an odour in the kitchen area which they tried to cover it with strong air freshener which caused migraines for us. No shampoos! Not enough towels and toilet papers! Once we asked for more toilet papers for four nights stay, the owner was not happy about it! My father also asked for bath towels and he just gave him two small unfolded towels! The owner of the property welcomed us, but even though we were super tired and exhausted he kept talking about politics and the current situation in Middle East. The staff who handled breakfast and luggages were really good and friendly.

This is a beautiful, clean hotel on the West Bank. The host, Kodray, is attentive and helpful. He can be your guide for the area if needed and will readily book anything you are interested in doing. Breakfast was served on the beautiful upper terrace each morning. And the pool was cool and kept very clean. We stayed in the apartment suite and it was incredibly spacious. It is located in a quiet part of town away from the city center but Kodray can easily arrange transportation to city center if desired.

What's not to like? We returned to Hurghada after being dropped off at the GoBus terminal in central Luxor (15 mins) by Tut, the owner, on 25th March and after a really good 7 night stay. Attractions of this hotel are: It's small and comfortable but rooms are quite large, the roof terrace, offering great views including the early morning balloon flights together with breakfast, great personal service from Tut and his staff, nice meals with good choices, and peace. A slight negative for some maybe is the distance from the center of Luxor itself, though with a short ride to the locals ferry across to Luxor Temple that can easily be resolved. For us it added to the enjoyment. We were able to visit The Valley of the Kings, Hatchepsut Temple, Karnak, Luxor Temple, Deir-el-Medina, Habu Temple during 3 days and spent the remaining 3 days lazing by the pool in the very charming courtyard. We were happy to let Tut arrange the trips for us, he is an expert guide, but this was not 'forced' upon us. All in all a very memorable stay.

Our suite of rooms opened onto a stunning view of the mountains of the Valley of the Kings: we saw the air balloons hovering above them in the mornings. The host is very helpful and organised all our requests for transport, a local guide and local information with speed and efficiency. The rooms and bed linen were beautifully clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was a great addition and the sun deck a wonderful place to eat and relax outside. And the hotel is in a peaceful remote location for those who want to be far from the madding crowd, with easy access to the centre via request to the host.

Das Zimmer war riesig und gepflegt. Es gab sogar eine Küchenzeile, jedoch ohne Kochausstattung. Das Frühstück bekommt maximal 1 Punkt, es gibt jeden Tag das Gleiche; Brötchen, Marmelade und Schmelzkäse, sowie heißes Wasser, Instantkaffeepulver oder schwarzen Tee im Beutel, sowie eine Wasserflasche und etwas Milch für den Tee und einen Joghurt ohne Geschmack. Es gibt weder Obst oder Butter. Auf Nachfrage kann man immerhin ein Omlett bekommen. Die Gegend ist ein Vorort von Luxor, mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge, man braucht jedoch immer eine Taxi um in die Stadt zu kommen. Holt euch ein normales Taxi, für 150-200 Ägyptische Pfund (Stand Januar 2026) kommt ihr damit in die Stadt. In der Gegend, in der das Hotel liegt, gibt es fast nur Invest-Ruinen und keinerlei Geschäfte oder Restaurants. Ihr müsst also immer fahren. Der Hotelier ist sehr geschäftstüchtig und versucht euch überteuert seinen Taxidienst oder auch Ausflüge anzubieten. Er ist verlässlich, jedoch müsst ihr wissen, dass ihr bei ihm sehr viel bezahlt als bei anderen Anbietern. Wir würden das nächste Mal ein Hotel direkt in der Stadt in der Westbank nehmen. Wonderful hotel for our family with three daughters! Our room was huge and very nice. The owner is terrific and we felt like we were at a home away from home while there. They offer a lot of tour options as well, making it very convenient. The area is quiet and safe. A nice rooftop breakfast with great views of the mountains and hot air balloons each morning. If we are ever back in Luxor we will definitely stay here again.
