This hotel’s location is excellent, however, the rooms require very deep cleaning and regular maintenance such as water backup for the washroom sink and shower. Water pressure and shower head is defective. Room service, breakfast were good. The hotel has a great potential if management can follow up with better cleaning and maintenance procedures. All staffs were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast great-they have a huge selection, eggs made to order, coffee machine that makes latte! Big front reception area, they xray all luggages. They have an on site travel/tours company & booked our trips on the spot for the next day with no issues. Restaurant was just ok but the bar was great. Restaurants & shops near within walking distance. Pool closes at sunset.

The staff was very kind and welcoming … always a smile and very clean …. The store they had to shop in were such a great touch and made buying souvenirs much easier but they were hidden … they should be promoted more by the hotel …. The room was good, but they only have smoking room And i dont smoke. I ask and they say they do not had non-smoking rooms available at the time of checking also, the internet never work in the room. Because it had a mesage that says they had too many people connected and after 11. The internet did not work modem down The location is very good and close to a lot of attractions by walking and the staff from the restaurant is very nice.
