Great stay at the Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa. Right on the Nile River with a great breakfast and many restaurants. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The infinity pool overlooking the Nile was amazing!

Sorry, just not a five star hotel in any regard. Huge, noisy, loud and run down in all aspects. Staff is amazing and kind, goes out of their way. But that’s where it ends. Room was worn pillows flat, stinky. Would not stay again. Breakfast massive buffet.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Just over 5k from the centre of Luxor but a different world. The gardens are beautiful and it is so peaceful. There is no hassle and you can wander round the grounds without being bothered The rooms are spacious and very clean There is enough choice for breakfast and for your evening meal The staff are very professional and cannot do enough for you. English is widely spoken and understood We loved this place so much that we have booked another week later in December

Good amenities, good cleaning staff & room. Total let down is dining area & staff. Not helpful, just unorganised, all over the place every single day of our stay. Reception staff only 1 was good and attentive, though we were only asking for taxi or checkout. All others simple to dining staff, chaotic and not managing things well. Everything was just perfect . The room has everything you need and is spacious and the bathroom is big as well . The restaurants are great and the food delicious and not expensive . Mustafa from reception went out of his way to make our stay comfortable , gave us an early check in and looked after us . The pools are out of this world overlooking the Nile . The whole experience was fantastic. Friendly staff with good service. Comfortable rooms, lovely food, excellent pools. The area is beautiful and peaceful, a great contrast to the hustle and bustle of luxor.

Wow! What a gem!! Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Resort was immaculate. Pools were amazing , views of the valley of the kings. Gorgeous spot on the river for dinner and drinks snd just chilling. Our room had views of the river and swimming pool and was the biggest hotel room I’ve ever seen!!

Check in took forever followed by getting to our room for two people and no waters. The toiletries in the bathroom were used. What should be included in the amenities is the sauna but that cost extra money. Getting a cart to the room took multiple calls to reception. The rooms were outdated but the location and beauty is unmatched.

Jolie Ville, like Luxor, like all of Egypt has exceptional hospitality. the location is beside the Nile and optimal for watching the Sunset. Will 3 pools there is one for everybody's preference. the breakfast buffet allows you a myriad of delectable choices everyday of the week. We fully enjoyed our stay and Jolie Ville is not far from downtown Luxor but also far enough away to be quiet calm and spacious.

If I knew, I would have stayed longer

The place is huge so you have to call a ride with one of their carts or taking a 5 minute stroll, especially from the deluxe rooms to the reception, for instance. The breakfast offers everything except meat and fish. the 3 swimming pools are well kept, and the one with the bar is huge! There is also a mini zoo! The food options for lunch and dinner are plenty, and very good. No need to go outside for a good bite. There are also small shops and some entertaiment shows to enjoy. NOTE: they don't allow calling a uber, so you should either go for a taxi or indrive.
