"Beautiful hotel, great location, very attentive staff. Be aware that there is a.”resort/urban fee” that will be added to your bill upon arrival. It apparently makes the hotel pricing more competitive on sites like Expedia and you will not see it unless you read the fine print! There is no way around paying this fee. There was no justification for this fee, other than one free drink at the bar, and I believe they had a total of four bicycles that could be used around the city that you did not...

"Great new hotel in the Seaport area. Beautiful lobby space with sea view from the huge windows in the breakfast area. Staff very welcoming and professional. Rooms are huge, bright and have all the amenities: if you're missing something (toothpaste, cotton buds, etc.) the prepared staff is there to help. Highly recommended!"

"Over the hotel was nice and clean. The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience."
