"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. "The Omni is a comfortable Hotel with alot of history behind it. The staff couldn't have been nicer! The restaurant/bar was great and the "Original" Boston creme pie was a delicious treat! Although the Hotel maintains the Historic look , which is beautiful, the bathrooms in the rooms need definate upgrading. All in all, The Omni Parker Hotel was a great place to stay!"

"Excellent service. Staff is quite professional. Rooms are great. Scale of hotel is much larger than the Hilton across the street (where I have stayed comfortably many times). Bigger rooms. Bigger public spaces. It’s connected to Prudential Center as well so there is lots of shopping and many restaurants. Flour, across the street, is great for breakfast and lunch. Bukowski Tavern, across Dalton, is a friendly spot for a beer. Very convenient"
