Most of the staff were very friendly- this is a very very busy hotel. It is exceptioinally clean and the rooms are nice and have plenty of room. Our water pressure wasn't great and the water softeners are a bit much but other than that it was a great stay

Everything was well taken care of. Marvelous staff and hotel. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. The train station is only a block away at the World Trade Center which made it easy to get around during traffic

We had a wonderful time here. Did not spend much time in our room, but it was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Gym was clean and organized, breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of food, check in was easy, and overall, we were very satisfied.

The connected restaurant as well as the Birch bar down in the lobby were utilized well. Honestly, the only reason why we did use them was because of the destination fee and the credits however it was a welcomed amenity and was very convenient.

Staff was wonderful! They were extra helpful during our one night stay. We also had breakfast and we really enjoyed it . My 4 year old was really loving the staff as well. Our Valet was quick and easy. Great job! We hope to come back next year for hyrox again!

Location great very busy location. Our room lost all power overnight so we had no heating and our phones died so no alarm causing us to a scheduled tour. Staff were not very apologetic or helpful.
