"We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

"The most amazing views! Early May, so weather was breezy and overall warm but not hot. We loved how easy it was to walk from the property to many restaurants and shops, as well as get take ride share to further away places.
Upon arrival we had to have staff re-clean portions of the bathroom because the cleaning crew had not done a satisfactory job; dirt and hair in corners, and hair in the bathtub. The staff on duty when we reported this was immediately apologetic and even though they were...

"Although the pictures looked nice online, the rooms themselves were a bit dated. Wallpaper showed wear in the hallways. Front desk help were not friendly. We paid additional for a seaport view, and ended up looking at transportainers. There are many nice hotels in the area at the same price. Don't think we would go back."

"Beautiful hotel! Great location. Easy to walk to local vendors, shopping, and can walk to the seaport. Staff were helpful and friendly. We.didnarrive right when Les Miserable was getting out, which did cause conjestion. Simply pull up in front of the hotel for vallet parking. It did take a while to get our car out of vallet, so suggeat texting them ahead of time. Overall very nice stay

"The hotel itself was very pretty modern, love the way it was decorated. My room, the walls were coming down by the bed. It wasn’t clean property. You could see the dirt by the side of the bed. Outlets were not working properly. We only had one working outlet. No one was able to answer the phone unavailable front desk."
