Good place to stay before or after a flight. Nothing special, but gets the job done. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is pretty small, so can be hard with a lot of luggage, but not a big problem. Would stay again.

Prostitution going on.

Do not stay here. It's so gross Noisy beeping sounds from the hallway, uncomfortable bed, pillows and bedding. The only positive thing i can say is that the a/c worked

This is no longer a hotel. Why is Orbitz asking me to evaluate it? Orbits found me a new place to stay after I arrived on site and was told that the property was not accepting guests. A security guard told me it was a shelter now, as he welcomed teens in and checked their bags with a metal detector wand.

Room was disgusting. Pictures on the site do not properly show what you’re getting. The room was VERY tiny and people were blatantly smoking marijuana right outside the rooms.

This place was way to small. It was a double bed room. The beds were on top of each other, no walking space in the room. The bathroom had no space to put anything down. The sink clogged everytime you turned on the water.

Upon checking in everything look okay . As I was just about to get settled in to bed I picked up a pillow to get comfortable to my horrible surprise there was blood on this pillow . The man at the window said there are no more pillows on the premises what a nasty nasty establishment

The reason for the complaints is because the hotel informs that it has all these services, but they simply said that they did not offer any of this during the stay.
