"Room is clean, staff is friendly and AC is powerful in this hot summer day. This is in NYC, so it might not be a surprise that the hotel room is very small. It is at an extremely noisy location. It didn't help that my room was at 21st floor. I wish the window is better insulated for sound proof."

"Good location. Helpful staff. Only negitive is checking out, theres 2 elevators and checking out can be difficult if you dont plan ahead. It cant be helped, its just one of things. Apart from that the hotel and staff are awesome."

"great location, clean rooms, modern amenities, food, coffee shop, digital elevators, streamingTVs. Rooftop bar very nice BUT we got cheated because I paid nearly $400 to see the fireworks from rooftop ——and I guess July 4, 2026 tix not selling as expected b/c they let in guests who did NOT pay $150 ..."
