"What an absolute gem of a place. We stayed as a family if four in the Grand Buree for two nights in Byron. This was quite possibly the best accommodation I have ever stayed at, and it was a great value for the luxury accomodation and location. The chalet was spacious beyond our expectations, the decor was out of this world, the kitchen was well equipped and amenities were top notch. "Accomodation fit our budget and schedule for a few days. Booking additional car parking is recommended as there was a fair walk from Thredbo with a lot of steps. There is a courtesy bus that we gratefully used after walking Kosciuszko Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having snacks and drinks in the lounge with the fire (and world cup tv) The drying room was great as our clothes were very wet"

"The Earth Lodge at Wollumbin Palms is an outstanding place at which to spend a few days. So eclectic and beautiful, peaceful and well equipped. The sparkling wine, port and breakfast supplies were really welcome and we enjoyed relaxing outside looking up towards Mt Warning. We would definitely stay there again.
