"The hotel itself is excellent. My room was very clean and modern with decent space. I did not need the upgrade they asked about to a club room. The view of the sea was spectacular. The pool also has a terrific view and is very well maintained. My only complaint would be the lack of any shade. During the hot sunny days there is nowhere to escape to and some umbrellas are desperately needed. The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and provide excellent service. "What a magical place. Despite being right in the heart of everything you want to do or see, it was so quiet. "Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

"We really loved our stay at Casa Moraira. The rooms are spacious and the decorations are beautiful. The small pool and hammock were perfect to take a nap in the afternoon heat. The homemade breakfasts were amazing, you felt like you were eating at home, very cozy. The location in the heart of Getsemaní was perfect as well. My only suggestion would be to make the bathrooms a bit bigger and decorate them as beautiful as the rest of the house!"
