"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

"Osh Hotel Cartagena, lo es todo. Una experiencia de lujo y placer, propiedad perfecta. Para comenzar fui cordialmente recibido en la entrada. Luego en el check-in fue todo un éxito el equipo de front desk en especial Joana, súper atenta y amable, lo mejor de todo que hizo todo lo posible para conseguir una mejor habitación para así poder maximizar mi experiencia. La comida, el desayuno, la habitaciónes el trato único de todo el staff front y back of the house…Que más le puedo decir todo fue...
