Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and the property is well located with proximity to the walled city. Beautiful pool, and right across from the beach with a private beach area

I've stayed at this hotel for 7 trips, and have spent about a month total. It's perhaps the best hotel you can stay in as a foreigner. There's always staff that speaks English if needed but it helps to know some Spanish. Bed is extremely comfy, beautiful view, spacey rooms, elegant bathrooms. There's also room service, and these women are usually very eager to clean your room, so expect them to knock on your door at around 11:00. You're allowed to bring a guest, but they will have to register at the front desk.

I cant complain about the hotel. I enjoyed everything. From the front desk to cleaning employee. Rafael is always willing to answer any question that i had. And Romeo was great with my excursion to palenque and i cant wait to come back to colombia again..

Just want to say it was an amazing amazing amazing hotel the staff the food the drinks can I say the drinks again they were great my Bar and Johnny. I love him only thing I do not like it was too many kids running around jump in a pool knowing damn well they shouldn’t have been running around and Prime just let him go wow and it was no organization at that pool And I think parents to be with their children at all times and making sure they’re not jumping in a pool and in and out the hot tub
