"Tuve una estadía maravillosa en el Hotel Heiss. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable: el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de todo lo necesario y en una zona tranquila y segura. "The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay.
