"The breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. If there was a shortage when we arrived. It was quickly refilled. Coffee available before the official opening time. The Chobani yogurt was a special treat as it's it's not the cheapest one but is quite healthy. "

"Parking is good. Hotel is clean. If you try to get thrre before their 3pm check in time they will charge a fee. $25 after 2pm and $50 before 2pm as an "early check in fee". Staff were argumentative about this despite me explaining i stay at hotels most weekends from September-May and have NEVER encountered this unless its before check out on your check in day. Breakfast was terrible. "

"Clean! the staff was nice. There was a confusion with my late checkout. Staff needs better communication. Otherwise, every time I’ve stayed since has been a joy. Hotel is buzzing. Bright feels clean and safe. Gym is clean pool is clean."

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my overall stay at the Crowne Plaza. I had ants in my room, the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast buffet was average. The oatmeal consisted of instant packets and the overall variety of the buffet was subpar. I had to advise one of the staff that the coffee creamer had curdled. A facelift will definitely help the hotel bring back its zest. I rate the hotel a 4 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. I will say that the customer service from the staff...

"Very quiet location with some dining options within walking distance. Convenient to highways for easy travel. Good breakfast with some hot choices. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for...

"Front desk were the best with greeting you as you arrive and leave. It was very pleasant and a welcomed pleasantry."

"I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests."
