We got down there early this time cause it’s my second time staying here nothing to eat only bread, cold ham the worst breakfast I ever saw in my life. No Ice Machines worked we had to get the ice from the kitchen never again"

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my overall stay at the Crowne Plaza. I had ants in my room, the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast buffet was average. The oatmeal consisted of instant packets and the overall variety of the buffet was subpar. I had to advise one of the staff that the coffee creamer had curdled. A facelift will definitely help the hotel bring back its zest. I rate the hotel a 4 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. I will say that the customer service from the staff was a 10 out of 10."
