"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my overall stay at the Crowne Plaza. I had ants in my room, the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast buffet was average. The oatmeal consisted of instant packets and the overall variety of the buffet was subpar. I had to advise one of the staff that the coffee creamer had curdled. A facelift will definitely help the hotel bring back its zest. I rate the hotel a 4 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. I will say that the customer service from the staff...

They were renavating the rooms, the showers and new beds.. so we had a new bed.. but our room was extremly noisey which i did tell them.. but nothing was done, i thought they would have comp. "I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests."

"Room was good, staff is a different story. The best ones were the few dealt with when we checked. The older Hispanic lady was the rudest of the bunch with how she was supposed to do room service she would only ask us what we need and tell us to put the dirty towels on the cart for her"
