"Everyone was so friendly. Extra props to the one man that was working the night of the 12th who was so super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and the breakfast was great. Sitting outside in the back at night was the perfect way to end the day! Will definitely rebook when I visit that area again. "

"The room was great. Perfect size with 2 beds and a couch. TV is a little small for the room but ok overall. Some minor issues with our room, bathroom sink was leaky, no a huge deal but be aware. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Looked like it had a patch repair done but never fully fixed. Great experience overall. Loved how the hotel was tucked away a little from the main road. Upon arrival there were three deer outside to greet us. Definitely will stay again next time...

"Out stay here was nothing short of fantastic. I must say the breakfast was really good they just need more help with larger crowds. Otherwise no complaints! Our room was very clean and had plenty of amenities available. Pool is small but it’s there, thin walls but it isn’t the worst. I would stay here again! Customer service also is very good"

"The hotel is nice and conveniently located. The room had everything in it that was needed and was totally spotless. The only weak spot in the place was the food. Pricy and the service at the Tavern and the cafe in the food court was slow."

"Check-in and out was very easy. Large clean space for breakfast. Good, basic breakfast choices - thanks for the pitcher of half and half for my very tasty coffee. Room was clean and maintained daily. Beds were quite comfortable. Overall, the facility was just right for our weekend stay. "

"We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. "

"On our trip from TX to PA we stayed at 5 different hotels. The Residence Inn at King of Prussia was the best by far. The room is well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, quiet, and has everything in the kitchen that one would need.
