"I had a very disappointing experience at Prime Hotel South Beach. The hotel does not match what is advertised online at all. It is promoted as clean, well-maintained, and high quality, but in reality, it felt old, poorly maintained, and neglected. The room was in bad condition: the floor was heavily scratched, the only chair provided was visibly stained, and the furniture looked worn out. In the bathroom, the sink had visible damage and cracks, and the shower did not even have a door. Overall...

"The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. "

"The Upsun hotel was a decent stay, however there could have been a lot more effort put into this hotel to make it enjoyable for guests. A few notable examples would be repairing the showers as they tend to leak and leave a mess on the floor. The fridge was also broken and not cold. The floors were not swapped in the rooms, and the stationary items such as the ice bucket and coffee maker were not cleaned. The phone was broken and there was very minimal WiFi connection.
