"The hotel was great and the staff were lovely but they changed our room without telling us then refused to refund us for that. They gave us another room and “discounted” us the different between the room we booked and the one we got so essentially I paid full price for a room I didn’t book. He was not accommodating at all. "Just a block over from ocean drive. Located at 10th and Collins. It’s a bit Noisy. But you’re in south beach. Bar and restaurant on site. Oh and we got there at 10am and got a room right away. This will be my go to when cruising out of Miami."
