"I was given the option to pay extra for a Lakeview for the room, which I did the room. I actually got there was no view of the lake, and when I asked about it, the staff said that they cannot guarantee a lake view room, even though on the app, I clicked unlike your room and had to pay extra for it."

"The hostel atmosphere itself was great. It very safe to require a keycard to enter the premises. The rooms were maintained nicely and the layout was clean. I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. I think my experience at the hostel was better because of that. I did find two of the female hostel staff to be rude. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room.
