"Room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary water bottle with fill station in every floor. restaurant and lounge open until 2am. Although we did not get to experience it. Parking was expensive but Adrian helped us get a discounted rate at a nearby parking lot. It was secured and well lit. I accidentally left my purse behind and called them immediately once I realized and thankfully they found it and I was able to pick it up immediately. Pets stay free just make sure you let them know as they use a certain floor for pets but even though it was used for pets it was exceptionally clean. "

"I only chose this hotel cause it was the cheapest but I definitely regret it. The staff were rude, especially security for holding luggage. The rooms are so out of date, weird curtains and bedspread, the bed is hard as a rock and the pillows too fluffy to use. I got no sleep, save yourself!"

"They advertise a queen bed, but it was a full size at best. The room was small but the hotel was convenient because we were within walking distance of the WinTrust stadium for a concert. Its right in the middle of New Chinatown and Old Chinatown so very accessible to walk. The parking on the other hand was a bit of a headache. Only parking fills up fast so you have to circle the block multiple times before they open the entrance for open spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're wanting a place to explore Chinatown without driving, this is the spot."

"We arrived @ 1:pm maybe later from a 11hr road trip from NC. The Hotel Staff who greeted me told me that our room would not be ready until 4pm even though we had prepaid for 4 nights. He said the hotel " sold out the night before and it was taking longer to get the rooms cleared. Ok but after staying at this hotel for 4 nights, there was no way it was sold out the night be. This is a Hidden Gem highly recommend. 5 ***** across the board "
