"Loved the property itself! Our room was super spacious, clean and beautiful! Only issue we came across was one of the parking lots listed for use was in Skid Row and was not safe to use, especially at night. We ended up having to circle around the city a few times waiting for open spots in the lot around the corner to open up. We never felt unsafe in or around the front of the building though!"

"This was the perfect place to stay for my short work trip. It was extremely clean and felt very secure. The room was spacious and had a little desk where I could work. Even their simple breakfast coffee and pastry were perfect before I headed to work. I also greatly appreciated that they offered on-site parking, which was also secure. "I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars"
