"The front desk staff is amazing and super attentive. Rooms are ultra modern and fun, with a iPad to control lighting, climate, and ambience. Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to Grand Central Market! Only tiny request would be to offer washcloths and a couple of paper cups."

"The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was a decent size and the location was in a great spot. We used the valet parking services through the hotel instead of parking across the street in the car lot. The price was a little bit more but knowing the car was safe and not having to worry about where to park was great! They have a restaurant and bar located near the lobby of the hotel. It was a bit pricey but the portions were big."

"The location is really easy to access the best restaurants and nightlife. We got to meet one of the hotel room service staff who made our stay extra special and the drinks were delicious. Our room was incredible and exceeded our expectations, mainly because of the cool artwork and the huge living area. We are definitely coming back here next time we are in LA."
