"The staff was superb - thank you to each one of the lovely front desk staff and the valet staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The same goes for the cafe staff. "An incredible hotel in the French Quarter! From check in to check out the hospitality by the staff here was nothing short of exemplary. The rooms are newly renovated,clean and very well equipped. The location was in my opinion, just a cherry on top of a wonderful experience in New Orleans! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!"

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "
