"First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker."

"The only thing good about this hotel is that it is pet friendly and pets stay there for free. Otherwise there was blood and cigarette burns on the comforter in our first room & the TV didn't work. Went and complained about it & switched rooms. And before you even start, yes, I know it's a motel 6.
