"Noisy. They actually provide ear plugs. No parking. Front desk closed. Room was fine."

"Great bed! Comfy and enjoyed the king size. Water for showers was HOT. Would not recommend leaving children unattended in the tub. $28 a night for parking (only available in the garage, unless you find street parking somewhere). Room was ok clean, but there was hair in the shower that wasn't ours. Skipped the minimum $10 breakfast, Starbucks is in the cafe entrance though. We stayed for a concert in the Spokane arena. About a 10-15 minute walk, going through Riverfront Park."

"There was a weird knocking noise coming from the fridge that kept us awake most the night. When attempting to turn on the tv to try and drown out the knocking, the tv wouldn't work. When we let the front desk know they didn't seem to care and said they would try and fix it when they could. Wasn't very helpful at all!"

"We enjoyed our stay a lot. However, our dinner meal was not a good experience. It started with drinks which were not correct. We ordered salads and were short one salad. The waitress said it was her fault later but we opted at that point to have it delivered. Everyone’s steak were either undercooked or overcooked. The undercooked one was sent back but then came back overcooked. We have eaten and stayed there before and it was all exceptional. Unfortunately, we were very underwhelmed and disappointed this time. The meal only and drinks! Everything else was superior! Thank you for your time."
