"This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. "The hotel is in walking distance to Riverfront Park. I thought the bathroom situation in my room was super annoying because the counter and sink are the in the common area and the shower toilet are in a separate room. You need these little tickets to get breakfast and a free drink in the bistro and that was also pretty annoying. But the staff was great, the pool area was totally adequate and fine, and it was fairly quiet Saturday night. "

"Way too expensive, walls are paper thin, misleading charge for “riverside” room (we had a good view of the hot tub and courtyard), and several days after leaving they are charging us for something for $11. And breakfast is $18! Who does that? The whole place was a big rip off. I would not recommend staying there to anyone. They have just gone too far charging too much for a lousy facility. We could hear every door open and close, kids running back and forth shaking the building and we could hear...

"There was nothing in our room to cause me to think it was not clean. Occasionally, there are hints or remnants of previous guests in hotel rooms. There was nothing noticeable in this room. The grounds were well-kept, though j noticed that trash cans at the bistro were overflowing a bit by 8 am on Saturday morning."

"Only hotel in the world advertising toilet paper as an amenity you guessed it, no TP. Didn’t like that they stick you with 18% at the bar even if there’s only two! The reason? It’s a club. I guess the members are cheap. I missed the parking ordeal but I saw some madness. But overall great and I’ll be back without a car and will steer clear of the bar."
