Everyone was very nice! The room was so much bigger than we’d expected! Our stay was very pleasant! The Tiki Lodge was perfect for our needs! We would stay here again for sure!!! 😃

We will never stay here again. This hotel Is very questionable. Camera or not, it isn’t in a safe neighborhood. The bed has a foam cover and it was not possible to get a good nights sleep.

Good location, always just a few minutes away from wherever I want to go in downtown Spokane. Downtown Spokane can be a little rough, keep that in mind, but this property monitors its parking lot and I always feel super safe there. Plus they are nice.

I got there on saturday night, the room was DISGUSTING!!!! there were brown spots on the bed, the pillows were dirty, I was very tired but I decided to leave this place, just a few minutes after I arrived because I was affraid on getting sick there, I request for a refund but they refused to do it. AWEFUL experience, I gave them 1 star becasue that was the lowest but this place deserves to be rated MINUS 10
