"Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. "I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"I really didn’t use the extra “amenities” I was charged for with the exception of the WiFi which was to typically cutting out in the evening, I think a lot of these charges should be optional for guests as I did not have use for them. The room was typically small for a NY hotel but comfortable. There was a private event while I was there so rooftop was closed to guests. Hallways were full of housekeeping supplies. Area was safe. On site bodega was insanely overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here...

"I chose the Standard because the Moxy wasn't available. I needed to be near my son's NYU dorm on 3rd. Ave. The Standard proved to be fantastic and I will definitely return. Rudy at the front desk was really friendly and professional. The parking was explained clearly to me. Rudy gave me an upgrade to a higher floor so I'd have a fantastic view. "Second time at property. Outstanding location for strolling, eating, shopping, people, and room stay. Be clear you want to stay in room at front of building view is excellent, rear not so much. Location provides center point to navigate around NY. Probably my favorite spot in all the city."
