(She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there."

"This resort was the definition of peaceful. We went during late March as part of our honeymoon trip and it was beautiful! The staff are all wonderful and sweet. The food was great and the view paired with it made it worth the stay. They are very affordable for what felt like staying in a castle! The resort offered many things to do in all seasons so we would like to go back in the future to see what summer is like there! "

"We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...

"Excellent family stay"

"Wish we could have extended our stay here!! We only spent one night here and if I could re-plan my trip I would have spent at least another night (or longer if time allowed). The resort is amazing and the property is stunning! It offered amenities that we sadly didn’t have time to explore. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was local and tasted wonderful! The wine was fantastic! The pool was beautiful (and cold but this was welcome on a hot day!). My only criticism is that...

"I stayed here on a business trip. A really nice break from the typical business hotel, however this is much more a romantic fine dinning spa location. I'll be coming back with my wife and without my laptop."

"Overall a lovely stay. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Pool too cold to swim in even though they said that it was heated. Wirlpool/hot-tub was on the cool side too. Couldn’t get sauna to work properly -however, I should have asked. Restaurant food was very good. "

"Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati .. "

"Ottima posizione nel verde di Campigna in uno chalet storico arredato senza molta cura ma con personale gentile e attento ai bisogni dei clienti. La ristorazione alla carta molto valida con prezzi corretti. Insomma se cercate il lusso si va altrove ma considerando anche i prezzi e la location è un ottima soluzione. Ci tornerò presto.. "

"Amazing place; totally renovated with the deepest respect for legacy and the most welcoming staff ever. A one of a kind place worthy of the highest recommendation. Parking is a bit remote but the staff will carry your luggage all the way using an electric cart through the narrow street. 6 out of 5 stars. "

"A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. "

"Très bon séjour, très bel accueil et la disponibilité de la réception. Seul gros bémol : petit déjeuner vraiment moyen…et si par malheur vous arrivez à 9:30 le buffet n’est pas réapprovisionné. Un conseil, vérifier les itinéraires pour accéder à l’établissement, notifier le centre ville de fiesole et une fois arrivé indiqué la villa. Cela vous évitera des sueurs froides dans les rues étroites de Toscane ! Nous recommandons cet établissement ! "
