"It was convenient to bus transportation. No 7 bus takes you right into Florence in about 20 minutes. Staff was always very nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants in close proximity, but you definitely need reservations for them. Very busy. It is a very safe and well taken care of facility. Fiesole is a bit hilly so just be aware of that. It is after all at the top of a hill above Florence. Overall a very good experience. "

(She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there."
