Overall a lovely stay. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Pool too cold to swim in even though they said that it was heated. Wirlpool/hot-tub was on the cool side too. Couldn’t get sauna to work properly -however, I should have asked. Restaurant food was very good.

This spa hotel epitomises a genuine 5-star experience. Its contemporary rustic aesthetic with attention to the smallest detail. My reservation included breakfast and access to the spa and pool. Ceiling was leaking in the bathroom causing the floor to have puddles of water. Extremely dangerous. Service staff on the whole was good, unfortunately when they could have really helped out they chose to be short sighted and cheap. Would not return to that establishment.

Erholsame entspannte Tage.

Das Hotel ist sehr Nachhaltig und Modern. Das Frühstück sieht daher eher minimalistisch aus. Ist dennoch ausreichend. Die Frühstücksbestellung über QR Code war für uns mal was neues. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Der Duft im Hotel war für uns sehr angenehm, so das wir diesen sogar im nahe gelegenen Kloster für uns selber kauften. Wir waren mit allem sehr zu frieden. Auto elektrisch Laden kein Problem. Ein Besuch am Wochenende in Arezzo (Antiquitätenmarkt) war auch interessant. Der Ort Stia ist klein aber fein ruhig zum entspannen. Viel spass allen anderen.
