"Our trip to Santa Barbara was heightened by the quality in all areas of our stay at Casa Riviera. Everything about the room was well appointed. It was extremely clean. The linens and bed itself were so top notch, I asked for a link to the bed, so I can sleep this well at home. It’s a very cozy room, like a home away from home. "This is a really nicely updated motel turned inn. The single standard rooms are very small but they do a great job making the bathroom large enough for when you move from the living area to the bath. The furniture and accessories are all nice. We only found a couple housekeeping misses when we checked in with some hair on the white bedding and some spilled mexican food on the swivel chair but I cleaned it up right away and it was easily forgotten. "This was our second stay at Pali House Santa Barbara. It’s our favorite place to stay! I would have given this most recent stay 5 stars except we were not told there was a wedding reception happening the one night we were there which included closing the entire patio area. There was quite a bit of noise/music but I will give the hotel credit for ensuring the music went off at 10:00pm. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Will stay again."

"We loved staying in Santa Barbara at the Harbor View Inn. The bathroom was by far the best hotel bathroom we have ever used. The patio was lovely with a beautiful wisteria tree, the passing train (not loud) and the wonderful Mountain View. We love our visits to Santa Barbara and will stay at the Harbor View Inn again, for sure."

"Great location to downtown, restaurants, bars, the beach. FREE parking!!!!!! OMG this is such a plus these days! EXCELLENT complimentary breakfast. Ceiling fans in the room so you don't have to run the a/c to circulate air in the room (quite frankly every hotel should have ceiling fans). Overall, a great motel. We would stay here again."
