This hotel has a great view and nice location close to downtown SB. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. If you have a balcony room, view is great but we were facing Cabrillo street and it was so noisy. Loud motorcycles constantly cruising by. The noise from the bar and dining area also sounded very close like they were next door. It is quiet when the balcony doors are shut though. Valet was fast and most of the staff were friendly. Next time we’re in the area we’ll stay away from properties on Cabrillo Street.

This is a real hotel, with all services one expects from a hotel. It is not one of the many motel/hotels one finds along the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable, and the entire property is in first class condition. Be sure to try the restaurant-great dining.

Facility was exquisite. Rooms spectacular and the heated bathroom floors were a perk we weren’t expecting. Location is 5 stars, not too close, but not far away from anything. Walking distance to State Street. We did not want to leave and will definitely return!!
