"Access to EV charging was great, with reasonable charging costs. Neighborhood was a bit noisy due to construction across the street. Room was very clean and well stocked with useful items. Very friendly and helpful staff quick to respond."

"I’ve never stay in a hotel without a concierge but the process of checking in and out was a breeze.
The room itself was perfect. It had all the amenities you can think of.
The highlight for me was the bathroom. Never did I think I needed a heated toilet seat but I was very wrong. The shower made you want to stay in forever.
The bed was comfortable and sheets were uber soft.
The location of Casa Iglesia was ideal for anyone looking to stay walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara.

"This place was amazing! Super clean. Nice amenities. Check in was easy! Loved the high ceilings. Even though they don’t have staff onsite, they have someone always available to communicate with. It’s walking distance to State St. The showers were soooo nice. It had a rain fall shower head. I didn’t want to get out. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"This place was a complete misrepresentation of their location. There was no pool on site. There were no amenities on site. The mentalities were for a hotel across the street, which is a completely different establishment potentially owned by the same owners, but it’s not in your hotel and items are across the street and you’ll be sharing them with another hotel. Yeah, it’s just a couple minutes from the beach, but it’s not worth the money or the stay"
