"Our best stay in Europe by far! Even though we selected the smallest room, it was so perfectly appointed and hosted. We had everything we needed with a wonderfully comfortable bed and the perfect location. And yes, the croissants are amazing. Thank you Isaak for a wonderful stay!"

"Beautiful property. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Location perfect. My deluxe king room was quite posh, the price was posh as well. They should not charge for bottled water, however. And, they need to supply ice to the rooms. Those are my two complaints. "

"Really nice place to stay while travelling with family or children. The room, kitchenette and bathroom were all clean and tidy. The kitchenette was well supplied with plates, utensils, and other necessities. The fridge is full size (European size for those from the USA). Each sleeping room has its own AC unit. "A fantastic hotel with outstanding service and convenient access to many of Vienna's sites. The breakfast was outstanding with some of the best omelettes I have had. But the best was their response to a mistake on my part in leaving an item behind when we left. I notified the hotel and they arranged to ship it to me at a future hotel stay where I was able to conveniently retrieve it. A great stay and even better service on their end."

"I've stayed here before, and it was as good as ever. Wonderfully designed shower, comfortable bed, good internet, and the air-conditioning was excellent (and without noise or cycling on and off). The location is perfect, and there are numerous restaurants of all types in walking distance."

"The Guesthouse Vienna was one of the best hotels I have ever had the privilege at which to stay. Here are the reasons: 1) The staff are exceedingly kind and helpful 2) The bed was amazingly comfortable with high quality sheets. 3) The shower had excellent temperature and water pressure. 4) The minibar was stocked with sodas, wine, beer, juices on a daily basis, which was refreshing given the hot weather. 5) this was the only hotel in Europe where they pre-cooled the room before our arrival 6)...

"Very nice property, clean and modern, and an excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy; and they gave me a complementary bottle of wine. On the day I checked out, I was able to leave my bags all day, enabling me to explore the city more before leaving. The rooftop bar has a nice view, excellent drinks and I had a wonderful octopus salad."

"The hotel is located on a side street so it’s very quiet, but right in the centre of the city so it’s very walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great! There’s also a rooftop area where you can sit and have a coffee which was really nice on a nice day. I reserved the single room so it was small, but there was a lot of storage space so it was great! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. "
