We had the Mozart Suite which was a lovely size room! The hotel was clean tidy, great location for the Transport Network, close to the centre and local Xmas Markets! The hotel bar was cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful and would definately recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere. Rooms were clean and nice touches of chocolate every day - bed was very comfy. The bar area was welcoming and breakfast excellent, my only gripe was the heat in the bedroom - even when turned right to 'cold' it seems to be hot - thankfully the windows opened and had to leave them open to cool room to be able to sleep, good job I had ear plugs.
