"The property was clean a d staffed 24 hrs. The room was fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and two burner cooktop. Very clean dishes also. I recommend the facility to first time Vienna travelers for sure. "

"Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, modernen Hotel, das wirklich nicht zentraler liegen könnte. Unser Zimmer war grossartig: stilvoll, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Besonders das herzliche Personal hat den Besuch besonders gemacht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und liess keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna war ein echtes Highlight und perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Jederzeit wieder!"

"Beautiful boutique hotel, GREAT staff and location. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious, with a beautiful room to enjoy it in. Front desk staff were very helpful to arrange transportation and to calm my nerves as I waited for delayed baggage to arrive. A wonderful stay and I will return! DEFINITELY recommend."

"旧市街で最高の立地なので、部屋の狭さは予想通りでしたが、歴史を感じる内装や調度品、格式高いスタッフのサービスはさすがと思わせるものでした。 ひとつだけ、清掃について。朝食を取っている早朝、短時間の間に清掃されておりびっくり‼️スーツケースなど広げて、散らかっていたので少し恥ずかしく思いました。朝食終えてひと息ついて、出かけている時間にお願いしたいです。"

"Communication for check in/out was efficient & easy. The area is located a short walking distance to many area attractions, shopping & restaurants. The hotel & room were both clean & service staff were friendly. Great amenities in room & the “app” had very useful tips & also recommendations for nearby cafes, too. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely return to this hotel. "

"The studio apartment has a kitchenette with an induction stove, an oven and a small refrigerator. The bed is comfortable and the room was spotless. A gourmet grocery store is located adjacent to the property. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The subway and tram are a 7 minute walk from the property. The cathedral is located about a 10 minute walk from the property. Ideal location and ideal hotel! This was my second stay here. "

"Beautiful Hotel!!! The hotel is full of history and decorated beautifully. Excellent service all around. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. In a beautiful room and with lots of delicious food. HUGE variety offered. Location was convenient. We walked a lot, but we also had the convenience of a metro station very close."
