"The property itself was nice the room, the pool the common area clean nice. The staff is horrible namely Charles at your bar was the worse the dealers are bad no personality or fun to play with just straight face and not welcoming at all."

"If we would’ve know the casino was under remodeling conditions we would’ve stayed elsewhere. We should’ve paid less for our stay because of this. Also, the whole table reservation thing at the sports book area was so unorganized and we feel we were misinformed/under informed on the whole thing. Service was horrible and the server was nice but they only had two servers at the sports book during round 1 of March madness. BIG MISTAKE.. All of our neighboring tables were complaining about lack of service as well. It’s totally the casinos fault and not the servers. They were overwhelmed. I even overheard the bartenders complaining about how screwed up everything was. We don’t plan on ever returning to suncoast. "
