"This is my favorite hotel in Harrogate. The location is fabulous, and the hotel’s deluxe rooms are spacious. I stayed for 16 nights this trip, and as always, the staff are professional, positive, and take care of any needs that arise. As a single woman, I also value the hotel having professional staff at their front desk 24 hours a day. I will continue to stay here every time I’m in town."

"Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay."

We had breakfast served in our room which was spot on 👌. The Orchid Restaurant on the ground floor is superb. We would be delighted to stay here again 👍"

"Perfect clean large room cosy comfy beds plenty of room for the three grandchildren made extremely welcome especially reception staff loved the pool area restaurant extremely busy however this is expected school half term "
