"Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. "

"Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed was really comfortable tho pillows were a bit soft for me, but that's a personal preference and I didn't ask for a change. We managed to park outside hotel on the street, so no issues there. Only a five minute walk into town centre. Great location, geat hotel. Thank you 😊 "

"Wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to an Executive room for free! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems with noise at all.
