"The staff were friendly especially Hanae, Egla, and Martin! The breakfast was good but wish there was more variety. Everyday was exact same options which gets monotonous especially after an extended stay. Premium rooms should have a mini refrigerator, microwave and larger TV as a standard. Our tv may have been 17-20 inches. No fridge or microwave. Other than that, the location and view is superb !!! Hopefully with upcoming renovations will supply the premium rooms with a mini fridge, microwave and bigger tv."

"The hotel was clean and the central AC was awesome! I was able to get a person while doing my check in but not always is someone there. Overall it is a good hotel and very close to the train station so convenient for traveling."

"Clean, well -run, loved the quirky decor. Although it"s on a busy little street with bars and "coffee shops" and there can be noise at night, it"s very secure (four automatically locking doors between our studio and the street). Central and close to the station. You can easily do day trips all over the Randstad. The staff are very nice. Don't worry about arriving when reception is shut, the digital keys work."

"We stayed at Bastion, Oegstgeest for 7 nights, spending most of the time with family, living locally. Staff were friendly and cooperative and the facilities adequate. We didn’t need to eat or drink at the hotel but both provisions are available."
