"The location is percect for the shops and entertainment centres, including Liverpool One. Its a newly refurbished place, done fairly tastefully and providing functionality and comfort without any lavishness. The room was basic but excellent. The bathroom was pristine. The bed was fine, although the mattress could have been better. There was a mini kitchen, which was a nice bonus. Pristine throughout, they proved that cleanliness is next to godliness, because there's a bible shop next...

"The hotel itself was good. Rooms and amenities was good, staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was good, however a more upmarket resturant would have been nice instead of a sports bar.
The down side was that they have wedding receptions, trying to get to sleep while music is being blasted out for hours is not relaxing.
I wouldn't have paid to stop there if Id had known that The room would sound like the inside of a night club."

"Overall, a solid modern hotel near Liverpool college.
It's an easy walk to the city center and to the docks.
You appreciated our upgrade, and the room was quite nice.
A warning though, the hotel faces a main Street and as set she will hear road noise including loud mufflers and sirens. I don't think they used a picking up glass in building the hotel.

"If you’re wanting to spend as much time near the Cavern, stay here. It’s a very nice property with a helpful staff. (Although, we mentioned our shower door wouldn’t close and this wasn’t fixed.). But Eric at the front desk exceeded our expectations and helped us numerous times with directions and a taxi. Overall, you won’t be disappointed…fun place and location."
