"All staff members were very helpful from front desk to life guards to servers. Not a big deal for me but we did have an issue with the TV internet that never got resolved due to the short stay and the on site IT having never seen the error before. "Wir waren Mitte April 2024 für 7 Nächte im Comfort Suites Maingate East (Disney World Besuch). Die Lage war für uns zufriedenstellend (gratis Parken gleich vor dem Eingang). Leider ist der Lärm des gegenüberliegenden "Old Town" in der Nacht schon sehr störend. Von außen ein schönes Hotel, innen wäre eine Renovierung schon dringend fällig. "The property itself was as expected. Our only disappointment was the quality of food offered and the price of the drinks at the bar. We ordered from the bar on day 1 and never did again! Drinks were very expensive and the grilled chicken was a microwaved patty. The bartenders attitude was like we were bothering him. At checkin the staff was very pleasant and friendly.
