During check-in, my boyfriend and I were greeted by a staff member at the front desk whose name I unfortunately do not recall. She offered a welcome package and briefly explained what it included. She mentioned it was her first day and was experiencing issues logging into her computer, then asked us to return in 30 minutes.
When we came back, we were given the same explanation, so we chose not to follow up again.
We stayed for four days. While the room itself was clean, we encountered an issue with the refrigerator not maintaining a cold enough temperature, which caused some of our stored food to spoil.
The buffet breakfast appeared fresh overall; however, the sesame seed bagels were stale. Additionally, while dining, we noticed a visible buildup of dust on the lampshades above the booths.
Based on this experience, we would not choose to stay at this location again.
