"Fantastic little BnB. A friend an I were visiting Paul Nicholls' racing stable in Ditcheat, and we didn't know how difficult the walk was along the A-road. Upon hearing we were going, the owner offered to give us a lift in the morning after breakfast (which was also brilliant). Made us feel welcome from the get-go. Thank you for the stay!"

"I found the owner to be very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Good facilities at the accommodation with ample parking. "We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. "Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there."

"This hotel is a little gem and provided us with a perfect stop over on our way to Dorset for a holiday. We arrived around 7.30pm and the check in process was friendly and efficient. Our room (number 58) was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a lovely balcony plus an extra window, as we were on the corner of the building. The bed was very comfortable. Although there is an option to eat at the hotel, we chose to explore a little and ate at The Wookey Hole Inn, just a few minutes walk away....
